A special summer at Sociability HQ.

It's been a whirlwind few months at Sociability HQ! Here's some of what we've been up to:

Since launching our Sociability app 📱in June this year, we've seen more than 500 downloads, almost 200 registered active users and just under 450 venues mapped across 10 countries, with the highest concentration back home in Oxford, UK.

We've also won a Skoll Venture Award 🏆, developed partnerships with key organisations like the National Citizen Service, Enrych and KEEN Oxfordshire, visited tech firms and venture funds in the US, and raised pre-seed investment from the Oxford Seed Fund.

We're excited to announce we've recently joined two London accelerators as part of our move to the big city! We're thrilled to be part of Plexal's inaugural Open Door Accelerator cohort for social inclusion start-ups, as well as joining the Geovation PropTech Accelerator – run by the UK Ordinance Survey in partnership with HM Land Registry.

Can you help us improve Sociability?

In June, we launched the first version of Sociability. Now it's time to go bigger and better! That's why we've partnered with design legends FricanDuo to research, refine and redesign the Sociability app for 2020 ! 👊

But we can't do this alone! We NEED YOUR HELP to make the new SociAbility app phone 📱as user-friendly, slick and sleek as possible.

⭐️ We're looking for a handful of UK users to share feedback, give constructive criticism and help test some new designs! ⭐️

We're looking for a talented developer to join the team in 2020! 👩‍💻📱 

The role is flexible and can accomodate freelance or more regular work. Key projects will be to improve our app UX, develop an API to integrate with partner platforms and build out our community engagement engine.
