What do I do if I can’t find a venue?

We're sorry you're having trouble finding your venue. There are a few things that might help here.

First, we only show venues that appear on Google Maps. If you can't find it on Google Maps, then it will not appear on Sociability. Second, we only show particular types of venues – namely, hospitality and retail venues like restaurants, cafés, bars and shops. If you're looking for a different venue type, we will not be able to show it at the moment – although we're looking to add more venue types in the future.

If the venue you're looking for is a hospitality or retail venue, and does appear on Google Maps – then please try your search again with additional details. We suggest searching with a combination of the venue name and its location (borough, street or city). For example, you could search for Matt's Restaurant Shoreditch or Matt's Restaurant Oxford Street or Matt's Restaurant London.

Please ensure that you're using the same venue name and address as listed on Google Maps too.
